The following terms and conditions of service regulate and define the relationship between HeightNodes (the "Company", "We") and clients, customers, and users. By using our services, you automatically agree to all conditions mentioned within this agreement — ensure you read and understand it carefully.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time with no prior notice. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Terms. You agree it is your responsibility to regularly check heightnodes.com for any updated Terms. By continuing to use our services after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last changed.

HeightNodes cannot allow the following users to use the platform:

• Users under the age of 13 (without parental or legal guardian consent)
• Persons barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or another applicable jurisdiction

By using our services you agree that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Hosting illegal content or copyrighted material without permission
• Running Tor nodes, open proxies, or public VPN endpoints
• Mining cryptocurrencies without explicit permission
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

By registering an account at HeightNodes you agree to the following:

• You will not share your account credentials
• You will take responsibility for all actions on the account
• You will be responsible for the security of your account
• You will not exploit any flaws in hardware or software for any reason
• You will report security vulnerabilities to us upon discovering them
• You will not engage in any illegal activities

HeightNodes under no circumstances whatsoever is responsible for data loss, disruption of information (including unauthorized access to our services), or any other loss of data. HeightNodes shall not be held liable for disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use HeightNodes. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to any person for any reason, including breach of these Terms or any applicable law. We may terminate your account and any content or information you have posted at any time without warning. If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Any attempt of fraud at HeightNodes will result in your services and account being subject to immediate termination.

Using your service to disrupt HeightNodes's network or any other networks in any way will subject your service and account to termination.

HeightNodes offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are not available for:

• Dedicated Servers
• Services suspended or terminated due to Terms violations
• Add-on services or one-time setup fees
• Services beyond the 7-day refund period

To request a refund, please contact our support team via the client portal.

You may cancel your services at any time through our billing area. Cancellations can be executed immediately (~1 day) or at the end of your billing period. HeightNodes shall not be held responsible for unintended payments made through automatic payment subscriptions.
